These Terms of Service govern your use of Agentic Micro (a simple online business platform). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Agentic Micro cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service.
You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Agentic Micro is currently in v1.6 private beta. Features may change, performance may vary, and data is retained with standard backups but the beta program has no SLA commitments. By accepting an invite, you acknowledge the beta status and agree to provide feedback via the designated channels or your onboarding contact. The full terms apply once the service reaches general availability.
Your micro-SaaS site is hosted on a shared subdomain. Custom domains are available on paid plans.
Member data and subscriptions are managed through the platform. You are responsible for communicating terms to your members.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe's terms of service apply to all payment transactions.
